I have just come of a 6 day guide trip in which we experienced some of the worst conditions I have ever experienced in the month of November ! A week in which we encountered heavy rain most nights and days, hail, snow and strong winds each day. Most days we ended up our a 3rd or 4th choice option with plenty of kms being racked up each day in search of clear fish-able water.
Finding Clear water over the past week or so has been tough at times , we found fish stacked up along the edges where small spring fed tributaries entered into the main river today , many of the spring creeks also had good numbers of fish sheltering in them after a few weeks of big water in the main river.
Very clear spring creek section where long fine leaders and delicate presentations are required to fool trout that reside in this type of water.
